How come no one uses the forum any more?

Here’s my theory — older people don’t use web sites much, and younger people, if they were ever paying attention in the first place, have moved on to Facebook, Twitter, and their offspring.

My opinion is that on the old web site forum postings were more prominent. People logging on could see current topics without having to seek them out. The old site was about the Forums.

I really miss reading comments on the forum too! I open daily just to see if there are any new topics and to see the Lake, of course.

Would it be possible to return to some semblance of the old Forum. I miss it and apparently so do others .

Any chance that the calendar could be posted for more than a moth at a time?

That should be a month at a time.

The calendar format has been changed. You can now find out the events of the LWA by clicking on “events” just under the banner picture at the top of the page. This will take you to a page that has all the events for the summer. Presently, there are some things that are “to be determined” but those details are being worked out.
